Empanadas de queso

Choose these yummy cheese filled corn pastries. Cook these beauties at home. Our classic Colombian CHEESE empanadas, freshly made, vacuum sealed & frozen. Keep frozen. When ready to eat, defrost in packet for an hour or in the microwave for 3 mins. Pre-heat olive oil in a pot. 190 degrees Celsius is ideal. When hot, deep fry for 5 minutes until golden brown. Remove, pat dry with paper towel, and serve with sauce. We recommend you cut up some tomato, onion, cilantro and use it as a topping for each or just whip out an avocado!
