Colombia’s long history of coffee production commenced in 1790. The prized bean is classically grown in the UNESCO World Heritage Zone & is a high-altitude crop. Growers use the shade canopy of trees to protect the local ecosystem of multiple plant species like bananas & papaya which add special flavours to the bean. Our single-origin coffee is from 4 zones with cupping scores above 85 (the average bean in Oz is 55). This is a smooth & drinkable over the entire day.
